Cancellation and refund


At Eclis, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy• Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at eclis.ind@gmail.com or +91 7428718142
• Order Cancellation After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you can initiate a return once you receive the order (see the Return Policy below).

Refund Policy• Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, or digital products, may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the product description for more details.
• How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at eclis.ind@gmail.com or +91 7428718142. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, such as photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
• Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Additional Information• Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. • Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at eclis.ind@gmail.com
